“AUTHOR | 中兴傲舍”，其名如诗，早已道破了空间的核心奥义：每一位步入者，皆为故事的执笔者。设计师的愿景，是打破观赏与被观赏的界限，通过共享与参与的营造，让建筑本身蜕变为一个充满活力的场域。

The name 'Authorior | Zhongxing Aoshe' is poetic and has already revealed the core meaning of space: every step in is the writer of the story. The designer's vision is to break down the boundaries between viewing and being viewed, and to transform the building itself into a vibrant space through shared and participatory creation. 

在建筑外立面的设计上，采用了独特的绿色凹面结构，其波动的曲线语言，有效打破了体块的沉闷感，赋予其强烈的视觉流动性。材质上，透明玻璃与金属格栅的并置，在视觉上模糊了室内外的物理界限，促进了自然光线与外部环境的渗透。

In the design of the building facade, a unique green concave structure was adopted, with its undulating curve language effectively breaking the dullness of the block and endowing it with strong visual fluidity. In terms of material, the juxtaposition of transparent glass and metal grille blurs the physical boundaries between indoors and outdoors visually, promoting the penetration of natural light and the external environment.

当人步入室内，便被无处不在的线条所牵引，它们是空间无声的叙事者。动线如溪流般蜿蜒，与恰到好处的留白彼此唱和，谱写出舒缓而富有张力的节奏。设计师精妙地拿捏着收与放的平衡，既为漫步者留下了自由遐想的空间，也让艺术的气息，如空气般悄然弥漫，浸润每一寸角落。

When people enter the room, they are drawn by ubiquitous lines, which are silent narrators of space. The flowing line winds like a stream, and with just the right amount of blank space, it harmonizes with each other, composing a soothing and tense rhythm. The designer skillfully balances the collection and release, leaving space for free imagination for the wanderer and allowing the artistic atmosphere to quietly permeate every inch like air.

格栅的设计，让光线不再是简单地照进来，而是被巧妙地切割、过滤，在墙面和天花上演一场光影的游戏。你站在这里，会感觉到空间是活的，它在随着太阳的移动而呼吸、变化。这栋建筑最迷人的地方，就是它把时间也变成了设计的一部分。你看到的每一束光，感受到的每一刻宁静，都是专属于你的，不会再有第二次。

The design of the grille allows light to no longer simply shine in, but to be cleverly cut and filtered, creating a game of light and shadow on the walls and ceilings. Standing here, you will feel that space is alive, breathing and changing with the movement of the sun. The most charming thing about this building is that it has turned time into a part of its design. Every beam of light you see, every moment of tranquility you feel, is exclusive to you, and there will be no second time.

设计通过一面延展的背景墙与几何楼梯的体块连接，成功塑造了空间的视觉焦点。其纵向延伸的结构语言，极大地增强了空间的纵深感与视觉张力。光线在此被巧妙地引导和塑造，流动的光影共同作用，最终在空间中建立起一种沉静且高度平衡的场域氛围。

The design successfully created the visual focal point of the space by connecting a stretched background wall with the geometric staircase blocks. Its vertically extending structural language greatly enhances the sense of depth and visual tension in space. The light is cleverly guided and shaped here, and the flowing light and shadow work together to ultimately establish a calm and highly balanced atmosphere in the space.

在此项目中，直线的秩序感得到了创新性的诠释。天花与立面的交错层次，在实现结构美学的同时，也构建了艺术陈设的功能性容器。设计秉持克制原则，通过留白策略，为精神体验创造了物理与心理上的双重可能。

In this project, the sense of order in straight lines has been innovatively interpreted. The interlocking layers of ceiling and facade not only achieve structural aesthetics, but also construct functional containers for artistic display. The design adheres to the principle of restraint and creates a dual possibility of physical and psychological experiences through blank space strategies.

拾级而上，二层展厅的秩序感豁然开朗。空间遵循着严谨的线性韵律，为每一件艺术品都预留了恰到好处的呼吸尺度。然而，序列之中亦有波澜——微妙的起伏与布局的变奏，让游走的动线在理性的框架下，依然保有探索的意趣。通透的隔断似有若无，既模糊了空间的边界，又巧妙地围合出一方方私密的凝视之所，让艺术体验在此深度沉浸，心无旁骛。

Ascending the stairs, the sense of order in the second floor exhibition hall suddenly became clear. The space follows a rigorous linear rhythm, reserving just the right breathing scale for each artwork. However, there are also waves within the sequence - subtle undulations and variations in layout, allowing the wandering lines to maintain an exploratory interest within a rational framework. The transparent partition seems to be elusive, blurring the boundaries of the space while cleverly enclosing a private place of gaze, allowing the artistic experience to be deeply immersed and focused.

真正的艺术体验，绝非视觉的浮光掠影，而是一场灵魂的深度沉浸。当目光移开，作品的余韵仍在心中回荡，思绪的涟漪由此荡开，抵达更深的认知层面。这趟旅程，呼唤着情感与心智的全然投入，最终让空间与感知彼此交融，达成一场无声的共鸣。

The true artistic experience is not a fleeting visual glimpse, but a deep immersion of the soul. When the gaze shifts away, the lingering charm of the work still echoes in the heart, and the ripples of thoughts ripple away, reaching a deeper level of cognition. This journey calls for full emotional and mental involvement, ultimately allowing space and perception to blend together and achieve a silent resonance.

以此为灵感，空间设计化身为一个“城市客厅”。会客、小酌、洽谈等功能区，在此消融了隔阂，以一种流动的姿态彼此相连，自由呼吸。各区域的过渡不着痕迹，既维持了功能的独立，又打破了界限的森严。这种在秩序与自由间的精妙平衡，最终凝练成一种层次丰富而又礼序井然的空间诗学。

Taking inspiration from this, the spatial design transforms into an "urban living room". The functional areas such as reception, drinking, and negotiation dissolve barriers and connect with each other in a flowing manner, allowing for free breathing. The transition between each region is seamless, maintaining functional independence while breaking through strict boundaries. This delicate balance between order and freedom ultimately condenses into a richly layered and orderly spatial poetics.

空间以严谨的对称构图为骨，奠定了沉稳安定的基调。然而，秩序之内，设计师亦埋藏了细腻的情感伏笔。材料的质感、色彩的温度与尺度的拿捏，皆成为精妙的笔触，让独特的个性于恢弘的秩序中悄然生长，不事张扬，却自有风骨。

The space is based on a rigorous symmetrical composition, establishing a calm and stable tone. However, within the order, designers also bury delicate emotional foreshadowing. The texture of materials, the temperature of colors, and the mastery of scale all become exquisite brushstrokes, allowing unique personalities to quietly grow in a grand order, without being ostentatious, but with their own style.

空间的布局，早已超越了功能分区的藩篱，它更像是对多元生活状态的温柔应答。无论是静思、对谈，还是独处或欢聚，空间都以其静默的姿态，涵纳着每一种情绪的流动。它为使用者铺设了一条无形的路径，得以在不同的人生场景间，从容穿行，自由切换。

The layout of space has already surpassed the barriers of functional zoning, and it is more like a gentle response to diverse living conditions. Whether it's contemplation, conversation, solitude, or gathering, space, with its silent posture, accommodates the flow of every emotion. It lays an invisible path for users to navigate and switch freely between different life scenarios with ease

一面深邃的棕色背景墙，奠定了空间的视觉重心，与底部的壁炉相映成趣，共同凝练成一处沉静而稳固的视觉焦点。洽谈区随之环伺而设，在温润的材质包裹下，氤氲出舒缓安宁的氛围，为每一次深入的交流，都铺垫了恰到好处的温度与惬意。

A deep brown background wall establishes the visual center of the space, complementing the fireplace at the bottom and condensing into a calm and stable visual focal point. The negotiation area is surrounded by warm materials, creating a soothing and peaceful atmosphere, providing the perfect temperature and comfort for every in-depth communication.

酒廊和餐厅之间没有明显的隔断，感觉就像一个整体，人走动起来非常自在。整个空间的颜色都很柔和，不刺眼，让人感觉很温暖。桌椅、摆件这些小东西，也都和这种舒服的感觉很搭。从每个小细节到整个环境，你都能感觉到一种特别的“家的味道”，这是一种很现代、很真实的温暖感。

There is no obvious partition between the lounge and the restaurant, it feels like a whole, and people can walk around very freely. The colors in the entire space are very soft, not glaring, and make people feel warm. Tables, chairs, decorations, and other small items also complement this comfortable feeling. From every small detail to the entire environment, you can feel a special 'home flavor', which is a very modern and authentic warmth.

各洽谈区虽功能同源，设计语言却各自成章。细微之处的差别，既是对多元审美的悉心关照，亦为访客铺陈出迥异的场景体验。无论是静坐品读，还是凭窗啜茗，每个人都能在此觅得一方专属自己的安隅。空间以生活方式为墨，描绘出丰富的人物关系画卷，也深刻诠释了艺术与日常水乳交融的本质。

Although the functions of each negotiation area are the same, the design language is unique. The subtle differences are not only a careful consideration of diverse aesthetics, but also present visitors with vastly different scene experiences. Whether it's sitting quietly to read or sipping tea by the window, everyone can find their own unique sanctuary here. The space, using lifestyle as ink, depicts a rich picture of character relationships and deeply interprets the essence of the fusion of art and daily life.

泳池一侧，绿意蔓延，模糊了人工与自然的疆界，水光与叶影在此交织成趣，共谱一曲生机盎然的生态乐章。碧色理石墙面，其色泽与水温和谐共鸣，仿佛是大地肌肤的延伸，极大地拉近了人与自然的感官距离，让整个空间充满了可以被触摸和感知的自然脉动。

On one side of the swimming pool, greenery spreads, blurring the boundary between artificial and natural elements. The interplay of water and leaf shadows creates a lively ecological symphony. The Bi Se Li Shi wall, with its color resonating harmoniously with the water temperature, seems to be an extension of the earth's skin, greatly narrowing the sensory distance between humans and nature, filling the entire space with natural pulsations that can be touched and perceived.

AUTHOR | 中兴傲舍的设计哲学，是让生活成为空间叙事的主角，而非形式的附庸。在这里，艺术被赋予了实用主义的温度，它不仅是视觉的焦点，更是提升居住者精神场域的关键元素。这一设计最终将一个开放性问题留给体验者：在艺术与生活的交融中，个体如何构建属于自己的体验与定义？

The design philosophy of ZTE Aoshe is to make life the protagonist of spatial narrative, rather than a form of subordination. Here, art is imbued with a pragmatic warmth, not only as a visual focal point, but also as a key element in enhancing the spiritual realm of its inhabitants. This design ultimately leaves an open-ended question for the experiencer: how can individuals construct their own experiences and definitions in the integration of art and life?

当你走进这里，会发现它不只是一个好看的空间。你会在其中发现一种生活的可能性，感觉自己好像在和这个空间“聊天”。这是一种很奇妙的体验，让你重新思考自己和生活。

When you walk in here, you will find that it is not just a beautiful space. You will discover a possibility of life within it, feeling as if you are "chatting" with this space. This is a wonderful experience that makes you rethink yourself and your life.
