Along the three-kilometer-long coastal promenade, the building is endowed with a gentle posture of coexisting with the ocean. The sea breeze filters through the structural gaps of the building and drifts over the facade texture, as if implanting a natural respiratory system into the space. This frees the cold building from isolation, making it gently rise and fall with the pulse of nature, integrating seamlessly with this stretch of coastline.

以泳池为核心的空间构造，恰似一处连接蓝天与碧海的过渡地带。浅木色的台面与澄澈水面相互映照，折射出细碎而温润的光泽；浮亭的形态不仅承载着观景、休憩的实用功能，更像一片延伸的 “陆地”，让人真切触摸到海洋向岸边漫涌的力量，让室外空间与水域达成了更紧密的感官共鸣。

The spatial structure centered on the swimming pool is just like a transitional zone connecting the blue sky and the azure sea. The light wood-colored countertop and the clear water surface reflect each other, refracting fine and warm luster. The floating pavilion not only serves the practical functions of viewing scenery and resting, but also resembles an extended "land", allowing people to truly feel the force of the ocean surging towards the shore. This creates a closer sensory resonance between the outdoor space and the water area.

建筑的肌理间，藏着自然的温度与时光的记忆。设计师将动线打磨得流畅且富有引导性，当人步入其中，无需刻意追寻，便会被空间自带的节奏牵引，一步步卸下外界的纷扰，完成一场身心皆沉浸的体验。

Within the texture of the building lie the warmth of nature and the memories of time. The designer has polished the circulation path to be smooth and guiding. When people step into the space, they don't need to deliberately explore; instead, they will be drawn by the inherent rhythm of the space, gradually letting go of the chaos of the outside world and embracing an immersive experience for both body and mind.

The ingenious combination of wooden grilles and core walls not only sorts out a clear order for the space, but also creates delicate light and shadow layers as the sun moves. Sunlight filters through the gaps of the wood grain, casting dappled marks on the walls and floor. This makes the atmosphere of the space gradually change with the alternation of morning and evening, turning it into a flowing dynamic visual feast.

墙面被视作空间叙事的重要篇章。石膏的哑光质感与木纹的细腻光泽形成微妙的对话，肌理的自然延展牵引着视线游走，营造出既平衡和谐、又满是韵律感的视觉效果。在空间的转折之处，立面关系被精心处理，每一次转角都带着恰到好处的节奏变化，让人在行走间不断感知到空间的深度与层次，收获惊喜。

The walls are regarded as an important chapter in the spatial narrative. The matte texture of gypsum and the delicate luster of wood grain engage in a subtle dialogue. The natural extension of the texture guides the wandering sight, creating a visual effect that is both balanced and harmonious, and full of a sense of rhythm. At the turning points of the space, the facade relationships are carefully handled. Each turn is accompanied by a well-proportioned rhythmic change, allowing people to constantly perceive the depth and layers of the space while walking, and gain pleasant surprises.

The planning of the circulation is both precise and full of a flexible sense of rhythm. The winding path follows the golden ratio in terms of scale, which not only endows the space with a sense of structural stability, but also leaves room for the senses to relax. 沙盘在这片空间中彻底挣脱了 “工具” 的桎梏，以全新的角色成为传递空间哲思的媒介。它刻意弱化自身的存在感，将光影推至舞台中央 —— 灯光为笔，在建筑体块上勾勒出金属雕刻般的凛冽质感，每一道棱角都透着精致；就连常被忽略的比例尺，也被赋予黄铜的厚重，指尖触碰时能感受到金属的温润，细看又藏着精密到毫厘的设计匠心，让实用物件也成了美学载体。

In this space, the sand table has completely broken free from the shackles of being a "tool" and has become a medium for conveying spatial philosophy in a new role. It deliberately downplays its own presence and pushes light and shadow to the center of the stage. With light as a brush, it outlines a cold and sharp texture like metal carving on the building blocks, and every edge exudes delicacy. Even the often-overlooked scale ruler is made of thick brass. When you touch it with your fingertips, you can feel the warmth of the metal, and a closer look reveals the exquisite design ingenuity that is precise to the millimeter, turning a practical object into a carrier of aesthetics.

沙盘区仿佛被装进一方透明的玻璃秘境，黄铜框架如同一把精准的刻刀，将空间切割成层层递进的视觉层次，如同地质剖面般清晰。这种 “空间嵌套空间” 的设计，从不是形式上的简单叠加，而是一场用结构讲述故事的叙事 —— 参观者的目光随层次深入，设计的逻辑便在这层层探索中慢慢浮现，每一处衔接都藏着不为人知的巧思。

The sand table area seems to be enclosed in a transparent glass secret realm. The brass frame is like a precise carving knife, cutting the space into progressive visual layers, as clear as a geological section. This "space nested in space" design is never a simple formal superposition, but a narrative that tells a story through structure. As the visitors' eyes go deeper into the layers, the logic of the design gradually emerges in this process of layered exploration, and every connection hides unknown ingenuity.

旋转楼梯以流动的姿态盘踞在空间核心，弧线的轨迹如同被精心计算过的诗行，从地面轻盈地向上延展，直至与高空相融。设计团队将 “折叠” 的巧思与 “张力” 的力量注入阶梯，让它跳出 “交通通道” 的定义，化作一件会呼吸的动态装置。踏步的宽度与高度、转角的弧度与倾斜角，皆经过反复推演，既让它成为空间中最夺目的视觉焦点，又以雕塑般的质感为整个空间增添了艺术分量。

The spiral staircase sits at the core of the space with a flowing posture. The trajectory of its arc is like a carefully calculated line of poetry, extending gently upward from the ground until it merges with the high space. The design team has injected the ingenuity of "folding" and the power of "tension" into the stairs, allowing it to break out of the definition of a "traffic passage" and become a breathing dynamic installation. The width and height of the steps, the arc and inclination angle of the turns have all undergone repeated deductions. This not only makes it the most striking visual focus in the space, but also adds artistic weight to the entire space with its sculptural texture.

When people are in this space, while marveling at the aesthetic design, memories of home are suddenly awakened, and those warm moments hidden in the bottom of the heart emerge quietly. The commercial space is no longer a cold collection of functions, but has become an emotional field that can resonate with people's hearts, with a human touch in every corner.

对于被城市快节奏裹挟的人来说，这片空间是挣脱束缚的出口。在这里，高压的日程表失去了分量，重复的通勤节奏消失在空气里，时间仿佛被泡进温水里，变得柔软可塑 —— 可以在沙发上静候光影流转，可以在窗边细数云卷云舒，久违的松弛感从四肢百骸漫上来，让人重新找回与自己相处的惬意。

For people trapped in the fast pace of the city, this space is an exit to break free from constraints. Here, the high-pressure schedule loses its weight, the repetitive commuting rhythm fades into the air, and time seems to be soaked in warm water, becoming soft and malleable. You can sit on the sofa and wait for the flow of light and shadow, or count the rolling clouds by the window. The long-lost sense of relaxation spreads from every part of the body, allowing people to rediscover the comfort of being with themselves.

Here, materials and light engage in a gentle dialogue. They intertwine with each other and complement each other, stacking rich layers for the space bit by bit, just like a sculptor carving a work of art.

墙面的纹理被完整地保留了下来，那些自然形成的凹凸与起伏，成了光影的 “玩伴”—— 阳光掠过，墙面便印下斑驳的纹路；灯光亮起，肌理又透出柔和的轮廓，每一刻都有不同的风景。原木色与大面积的留白，为空间铺就了清透的底色，而黄铜材质在光线下泛着细碎的金属光泽，柔与硬在此碰撞，暖与冷在此交融，最终达成一种恰到好处的平衡，让空间既有和谐的韵律，又有动人的张力。

The texture of the walls has been completely preserved. Those naturally formed bumps and undulations have become "playmates" of light and shadow — when sunlight passes by, dappled patterns are printed on the walls; when the lights are on, the texture reveals a soft outline, presenting different scenery every moment. The wood color and large areas of blank space lay a clear and transparent base for the space, while the brass material glows with fine metallic luster under the light. Softness and hardness collide here, warmth and cold blend here, and finally a perfect balance is achieved, endowing the space with both a harmonious rhythm and a touching tension.

The logs carry a warm texture that can be felt in the palm of the hand, and every wood grain is a mark of time; the large areas of blank space are not empty at all, but rather leave room for vision and breathing; light and shadow wander freely in it, sometimes falling on the walls, sometimes spreading over the furniture, creating a natural and pure visual state full of the authenticity of life.

软装部分完美延续了这份松弛感。奶油白的家具没有锋利的棱角，线条圆润得如同被时光打磨过，表面泛着淡淡的微光，透着轻盈与温和的气质。斜阳穿过纱帘时，将暖融融的色调映在帘面上，与地面波纹状的地毯轻轻呼应，一柔一软间，让整个室内的氛围愈发沉静，又带着让人想靠近的亲和力。

The soft decoration perfectly continues this sense of relaxation. The cream-white furniture has no sharp edges, with rounded lines as if polished by time. Its surface glows with a faint light, exuding a light and gentle temperament. When the setting sun passes through the gauze curtain, it casts a warm tone on the curtain surface, which gently echoes the wavy carpet on the floor. Between the softness and tenderness, the atmosphere of the entire room becomes more calm and quiet, with an affinity that makes people want to approach.

设计师悄悄在这里植入了 “时光” 的隐喻，让空间不再是静止的容器，而是拥有了可被感知的历史感。材料粗粝的质感被刻意保留，那些细微的裂纹、边缘的毛边，不再被当作需要掩盖的瑕疵，反而成了独特的设计语言 —— 它们记录着材料从诞生到成型的生命轨迹，在光线的流转中还会透出细微的变化，让空间多了份不刻意修饰的真实，也添了层耐人品味的深度。

The designer has quietly implanted the metaphor of "time" here, making the space no longer a static container but a place with a perceivable sense of history. The rough texture of the materials is deliberately preserved. Those tiny cracks and rough edges are no longer regarded as flaws to be covered up, but have become a unique design language — they record the life trajectory of the materials from their birth to their formation, and show subtle changes as the light flows. This adds an unadorned authenticity to the space and a layer of thought-provoking depth.

The restaurant returns to a calm and steady tone, with Chinese artistic conception as its framework, integrated with minimalist lines and proportions. Different materials, after careful polishing, each reveal a unique texture — sometimes warm, sometimes cold, sometimes delicate. The interweaving of light and dark colors naturally creates a progressive visual experience. Against the quiet background, the local light sources are precisely controlled, which do not stand out but just highlight the details. This not only maintains the overall restraint, but also injects appropriate vitality into the space, allowing people to clearly feel the breathing rhythm of the space.

Colors here have become distinct emotional coordinates, quietly guiding people's senses. The dark green on the wall is as calm as a quiet forest, contrasting with the bright golden yellow. It not only maintains the calm tone of the space, but also adds a bright sense of vitality, neither dull nor ostentatious. The exposed concrete structure, with its industrial coldness, is placed alongside the natural texture of the rattan screen, forming a sharp contrast in texture while echoing each other inadvertently. The designer has turned the trivial observations in life into inspiration, integrating the warmth of the market and the soft touch of nature into the spatial language.
