在房地产行业，开发商与设计师一直像是两条平行线，一个负责拿地、操盘落地，一个专注空间与美学。但近年来，越来越多设计师开始「下场」做开发商，把对美的执念、对生活方式的理解，直接落地成真实可居的空间。
位于澳大利亚墨尔本坎伯韦尔（Camberwell）区的「Glyndon」住宅项目就是这样一个「作品」。
In the real estate
industry, developers and designers have always been like two parallel lines,
one is responsible for acquiring land and landing, and the other is focusing on
space and aesthetics. However, in recent years, more and more designers have begun
to "end up" as developers, turning their obsession with beauty and
understanding of lifestyle into real and livable spaces. The
"Glyndon" residential project in the Camberwell borough of Melbourne,
Australia, is one such "work".
劳伦·塔兰特（Lauren Tarrant）出生于澳大利亚墨尔本，最初以室内设计师的身份开启职业生涯。她并非从传统设计公司出发，而是通过亲自参与自家住宅的翻新与开发项目，逐步积累经验，并由此走上了设计的道路。
Lauren Tarrant was born in Melbourne, Australia, and began her career as an interior designer. She started her career in design by working with a traditional design firm, but by working on the renovation and development of her own homes.

In the 2020s, she
further expanded the boundaries of her role as a designer and developer, no
longer just accepting commissions, but leading projects, personally controlling
the entire process from site selection, design, development to market launch, and
turning the ideal living philosophy into reality.
「Glyndon」的每栋住宅都为两层结构，结构上，使用了高质量的钢筋混凝土和坚固的框架结构，确保住宅的稳定性和耐用性。
Each of Glyndon's residences is a two-storey structure with high-quality reinforced concrete and a sturdy frame structure to ensure stability and durability.
外立面设计简洁优雅，展现出清晰流畅的线条和富有节奏感的结构感。宽大的窗户不仅增添了建筑的现代感，还为室内带来了充足的阳光。
The design of the
façade is simple and elegant, showing clear and flowing lines and a rhythmic
sense of structure. The wide windows not only add to the modernity of the
building, but also bring plenty of sunlight to the interior.
为了提升居住品质，「Glyndon」特别设计了一个绿意盎然的花园区域，这里提供了安静的步道、休闲座椅和充满生气的植被，提供了一个放松心情的好地方。
To enhance the
quality of living, Glyndon has designed a green garden area with quiet
walkways, lounge seating and vibrant vegetation to provide a great place to
relax.
「Glyndon」的室内设计秉承现代奢华与实用性的完美平衡，设计师 Lauren Tarrant 巧妙地将温暖、精致与现代感融合，使每个空间都散发着高雅的氛围。
Aesthetic Spaces
Glyndon's interiors are designed with the perfect balance of modern luxury and
practicality, with designer Lauren Tarrant masterfully blending warmth,
sophistication and modernity to exude elegance in each space.
每栋住宅采用开放式的空间布局，客厅、餐厅区域巧妙融合，空间流动性强，且每个空间的功能性得到最大化。
Each residence has
an open plan layout with living and dining areas that are integrated to create
a fluid space and maximize the functionality of each space.
客厅圆润的沙发与木地板的搭配展现了温暖与舒适感，地毯的柔软质感进一步丰富了空间的层次。
The combination of
the rounded sofa and the wooden floor in the living room shows warmth and
comfort, and the soft texture of the carpet further enriches the layering of
the space.
餐厅位于客厅旁边，木质餐桌和餐椅呈现出自然的质感和舒适感，顶部的吊灯设计简洁却充满艺术感，为餐厅增添了一抹亮点。
Located next to
the living room, the wooden dining table and dining chairs present a natural
texture and comfort, and the chandelier at the top is simple but artistic,
adding a touch of brilliance to the dining room.
厨房大理石台面与细腻的木材相互搭配，创造出一个既实用又具有视觉冲击力的空间。高端电器与定制橱柜融于一体，简约而不失精致。
The marble
countertops of the kitchen are paired with the delicate wood to create a space
that is both functional and visually striking. High-end appliances and custom
cabinetry are integrated into one, simple yet sophisticated.

The design of the
staircase is elegant, and the design of marble steps and metal handrails shows
a simple and sophisticated aesthetic.
上层的卧室空间，挑高的天花板和宽大的落地窗让自然光充盈其中，视野开阔，营造出一种轻松愉悦的氛围。
The upper bedroom
space is flooded with natural light and large floor-to-ceiling windows,
creating a relaxed atmosphere.
定制的衣橱和储物空间提供了充足的存储解决方案，细节处彰显出设计的精致与用心。
Bespoke wardrobes
and storage provide ample storage solutions, and the details are designed with
sophistication and care.
卫生间是一个以大理石为主的空间，一体式台盆与简洁壁灯，使得整个空间既具实用性又富有奢华感。
The bathroom is a
marble-dominated space, with an integrated washbasin and simple wall lamps,
making the whole space both functional and luxurious.
二层的书房是一个安静而专注的区域，顶部方形天窗为空间带来自然光，木质书桌和皮质靠椅，与后方的艺术画搭配，整体氛围温馨、雅致。
The study on the
second floor is a quiet and focused area, with a square skylight at the top
bringing natural light to the space, a wooden desk and leather chairs, and a
matching art painting at the back, giving the overall atmosphere warm and
elegant.
另一个卫生间同样延续了简约而大气的设计风格。独立浴缸成为视觉焦点，给人一种放松和享受的氛围。矩形玻璃窗则巧妙地引入外部景色，让自然光透过窗户洒入，增添了明亮与通透感。
The other bathroom
also continues the simple and atmospheric design style. The freestanding
bathtub becomes the focal point of the eye, giving an atmosphere of relaxation
and enjoyment. Rectangular glass windows subtly introduce the exterior view,
allowing natural light to pour in through the windows, adding a sense of
brightness and transparency.
在「Glyndon」住宅项目中，还专为业主打造了各种配套设施。
In the
"Glyndon" residential project, various supporting facilities have
been created specifically for the owners.
私人水疗区设有木质桑拿房和冷热水池，每一处细节都经过精心设计，确保在享受舒适水疗的同时，能够感受到宁静和私密的氛围。
The private spa
area features a wooden sauna and hot and cold pools, and every detail has been
carefully designed to ensure a tranquil and private atmosphere while enjoying a
pampering spa treatment.
在酒窖区内布置了沙发，还有投影，一旁定制的木质酒架与照明系统组合，打造出一个具有电影级氛围的葡萄酒休息室。这个空间不仅是储藏美酒的地方，更是聚会和社交的理想场所。
In the cellar
area, sofas and projections are set up, and a custom wooden wine rack and
lighting system combine to create a wine lounge with a cinematic atmosphere.
This space is not only a place to store fine wines, but also an ideal place to
meet and socialize.
在「Glyndon」的设计中，以设计师角度出发，让建筑不仅是「住的地方」，更是一个充满艺术感、舒适感的空间。
In the design of
"Glyndon", from the perspective of the designer, the building is not
